Jordi Esgleas is a director, editor and DOP with more than 20 years experience in the field. Most recently, Jordi has been working as a DOP on international documentaries such as Philip K. Dick, Memories Of The Future (2014, coproduced with ARTE), directed by Yann Coquart.
As director he is currently preparing a new film: Rumba For Bebo, the story of Chucho and Bebo Valdes’ reunion. His first feature documentary, Voluntaris was honoured with 2 awards for best social documentary. Jordi has worked with producers and broadcasters in the UK, France and the USA, among which include channels like NBC, Fox, ESPN, TV5 Monde, Canal+, N-TV, Sky, Univision and Red Bull TV.
